It has been called to my attention that this blog has been neglected. I will try to remedy this with more frequent updates.
All is well on the southern front. We're cold, but not as cold as the rest of you. :) The weather is very hot/cold and annoying though. It's not like in the north in the winter when you go outside and realize that you don't need a hat or that you forgot your long johns and might die, but switching between t-shirts and winter coats is challenge.
Jobs are going well. Painting is going really well. Life is pretty good. I'll be more detailed in the future, I promise. :)
It seems that we'll be the semi-proud owners of an automobile in the near future. Austin is not as bike friendly as people like to pretend AND Texans really like their cars and feels no need build things near each other or to even include sidewalks on the side of some roads, so a car is sadly needed. Oh well. I feel like I'm selling out, but we really do need one.
